I don’t really want to buy a special needle or anything because I want to do it tomorrow so that I’ll have the weekend for the swelling to go down before I go back to my mom’s house. I think if I boil a needle or safety pin that will do the trick right? And also I need tips on how to hide it from my parents or cover up the hole or something…

Just wait until you can get it done by a professional, it will be waaaaay more worth it than the possibility of something going wrong. Plus, there is no way to hide a piercing on your face, unless you cover your face. I mean, have some sense, its on your friggin FACE. They’ll eventually find it and you’ll have to remove it/will get in trouble. I know your going through that whole faze of adolescent rebelliousness and resentment for your parents and what not but it’ll pass. Just wait. get it done by a professional.
dude. either get it done professionally or don’t do it at all. if you do it yourself it’ll get infected and by the time you see your mom she’ll be like “wtf is wrong with you?” you can’t hide a purple fat lip.
and if you’re going to hide it from your parents you’re probably not old enough to be getting one anyway.
and also, getting a lip piercing, not easy to hide.
it’s a piercing in your face. there’s no hiding it unless you wear a mask at home everyday. and it’s really not recommended to pierce your own lip. it’s not like an ear, there are nerves and vains to watch out for. sometimes you should leave it to the professionals.
That’s a really bad idea and your parents would eventually find out. There’s no way you could hide that. Just ask them to let you get it pierced or wait until you’re 18! It’s totally worth it.
