I want to begin buying houses and selling them. not all at the same time but i would like to start with my first one by the end of this year. I want to buy cheap houses, fix them and resell them or rent them out. What i want to know is what words or terms such as equity and refinance or APR mean. I have no clue what they mean and i feel that they are a crucial part in understand the deal you are making when buyin a home. Please help me out and if you can please give me tips as to what to do when buying a home or things to look for. Thank You!

You need to get some books and read up. These are really basic terms, there are a lot more confusing ones that you’ll have to be familiar with- points, escrow, PMI, not to mention all the different types of mortgages.
